Refund policy

Exchanges

There are no refunds on any purchases.  Jewelry that is unworn is eligible to be returned for store credit or item exchange within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the exchange for another product or credit, you can contact us at chinaartjewelry@gmail.com.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.  Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
